Neben den Veröffentlichungen auf cuestrin.de gibt es in diesem Jahr auch wieder einmal etwas Gedrucktes:
Das 150-seitige Buch umfasst den Zeitraum von der Gründung der ersten Wehr im Jahre 1872 bis 2022. Hierzu nutzte ich vorwiegend eigens gesammeltes - als auch Material aus dem Vereins-Archiv. Die Feuerwehr selbst steuerte eine große Kiste mit Materialien bei, welches im wesentlichen leider nur die letzten 30 Jahre umfassen. Der Vereinsvorsitzende, Herr Rogge, steuerte Material aus seinem Archiv bei, knüpfte Kontakte zu hiesigen als auch brandenburg-weit zu (ehemaligen) Feuerwehrleuten, um offene Fragen klären zu können und las die Festschrift einige Male Korrektur.
Diese Gemeinschaftsarbeit des Vorstandes wurde im Rahmen der Jubiläumsfeiern am 19.08.2023 vorgestellt. Das Buch ist beim Vorstand des Vereins und in Kürze auch im Buchhandel erhältlich. In addition to the publications on cuestrin.de, this year there is once again something printed:
In cooperation with the chairman of the Association for the History of Küstrin e.V. I have written a commemorative publication for the anniversary of the volunteer fire department in Küstrin-Kietz.
The 150-page book covers the period from the founding of the first fire brigade in 1872 to 2022. For this purpose, I used mainly specially collected from my archive - as well as material from the association's archives. The fire department itself contributed a large box of materials, which unfortunately only cover the last 30 years.
The chairman of the association, Mr. Rogge, contributed material from his archives, established contacts with local as well as Brandenburg-wide (former) firefighters in order to be able to clarify open questions and proofread the commemorative publication several times. This joint work of the board was presented in the context of the anniversary celebrations on 19.08.2023.
